Stafford, VA – Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce final Small Business Administration approval of our Mentor-Protégé Agreement with First Division Consulting, Inc.  First Division Consulting, Inc. (FirstDiv) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Disadvantaged Small Business specializing in program management, process improvement, training, and logistics services for the Federal Government.  As the Mentor, Patricio Enterprises has agreed to assist our new Protégé in developing business processes and infrastructure while FirstDiv provides access to new markets and business areas.
