STAFFORD, Virginia – Patricio Enterprises, Inc. (PE) is pleased to announce its acquisition of MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK). The acquisition provides PE direct access to compete on opportunities solicited through the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract managed by the U.S. Army Contacting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground. This strategic asset affords PE the opportunity to further develop its business in the Army market. MSK will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of PE.
