28 May Patricio Enterprises, Inc. Announces Merger of Wholly Owned Subsidiary MSK TriTech Group, LLC
STAFFORD, Virginia – Patricio Enterprises, Inc. (PE) is pleased to announce the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK). The merger results in the dissolution of MSK and in PE’s assumption of existing contracts. This merger consolidates and streamlines the companies’ efforts and visions which have been aligned since PE acquired the wholly owned subsidiary in 2021.
PE’s Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Patricio, said, “The merger of MSK positions PE to be more efficient and better focused on capturing opportunities while providing the workforce with a more streamlined experience.”
