STAFFORD, Virginia – Patricio Enterprises, Inc. (PE) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Michael “Mike” Carter as PE’s Director of Business Development. Mike has a strong business development and project management background in the private sector leading multiple development, capture, and project teams in Federal, state, and municipal public sector markets. His three decades of expertise in national defense, homeland security, and his service in the Marine Corps set Mike to provide the team with strategic ideas and innovative solutions.
As Director of Business Development, Mike will play a pivotal role in capturing new business in the DoD and adjacent marketplaces.
