Stafford Board of Supervisors approves incentive for Patricio Enterprises

The Stafford Board of Supervisors approved nearly $51,000 in technology zone incentives to Patricio Enterprises. The incentives will be paid for by the Stafford Opportunity Fund and will go toward the company’s new headquarters at the Quantico Corporate Center.

The board adopted technology zone incentives in 2010 as an economic development tool, said Deputy County Administrator Tim Baroody. This is the first award as the county tries to attract more businesses through its Economic Development 10 Point Plan. The incentive granted was for $50,728. The board voted 7-0.

On Monday, 26 August 2013, Richard A. Cobert, the Business Development Administrator for Economic Development and Tourism for Stafford County presented the incentive check to PE’s President, Gabe Patricio.
