11 Apr PE to Celebrate Grand Opening of New Headquarters at Quantico Corporate Center
STAFFORD, Virginia –– Patricio Enterprises, Inc. (PE) announced the grand opening of its new headquarters location at 525 Corporate Drive, Stafford, Virginia at the Quantico Corporate Center will be held on May 11, 2012. In celebration of the grand opening, PE will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon, followed by a reception and open house through the afternoon.
The 30,000-square-foot, three story building features multiple conference, work and collaboration spaces. The building and land are owned by Patricio Group, LLC. PE’s headquarters occupies half of the space available in the building. The first floor is under lease to the University of Maryland University College which plans to occupy the space this summer after the build-out phase is completed.
PE President, Gabe Patricio, announced in October 2010 that PE’s future headquarters would be located in the Quantico Corporate Center at Stafford, VA. On March 17, 2011 construction began with the traditional groundbreaking ceremony. According to Patricio, “All hands will be on deck on April 16, 2012,” referring to the transition of all personnel from various Stafford locations and consolidation of operations at the new headquarters facility.
Patricio said the decision to operate and to build in “business-friendly” Stafford County has been an intentional, strategic decision since PE’s founding. PE operates in nine states across the U.S., Washington, D.C., Germany, Afghanistan and Japan with approximately 270 employees.
